The N15S has a big, solid low end with smooth mids, and has a very sweet -sounding cast-aluminum bullet tweeter for exceptional, high frequency response. This is one of the best sounding products in its range, and is lightweight and easy to move. It includes casters, and works well with 4 or 5-string instruments.

Quality:
Nope. I was expecting better. After one year the sound started getting garbled. I've never even come close to blasting it so it wasn't like I ruined it by playing it at max volume all the time. This sound comes and goes and sounds like a blown speaker but isn't!
Value:
Not with the short life span.
Desirability:
Not any more. The service is that bad.Too bad, too, because other Washburn owned products are very good.
Sound:
It does have a great sound to it. I used the "enhance" feature which makes the tone smoother. The sound was great until the unit started making a rumbling noise.

Horrible. The place Eden had me call didn't know they were an authorized dealer and the tech said he never worked on one and didn't have a schematic!!
Overall:
No more Eden amps for me.
